As i said before I don't like to use aids or supplements but the impact they can
have is undeniable. If I do use one I like to try and find something based on a
natural product like Acai or even better (in my opinion) green tea products. Here
is a popular Acai product for women and here is one for Men. Another popular diet
aid now is the colon cleanser. This is the best colon cleansing product we could find.
Like any hobby or sport fitness demands certain types of clothing. If you're going
to get into running then the right shoes are a must, if cycling is on your list you

company) is very good less demanding workout program. There are also some movies
that can inspire like the 300, Conan the barbarian and even the classic Pumping Iron,
Staying current on new fitness trends and getting access to new workouts and

you focussed and interested in reaching your fitness goals.
Like diet aids I don't like to rely on supplements too much but there some I
take on a regular basis. To help me with distance cycling I drink ??aid and eat
a gu20 every 15 miiles or so. When I did the body for life challenge I eat the
EAS bars daily just because the food demands (6 meals a day) was hard to hit.
Just like apparrel there are peices of equipment needed for the different areas of
fitness. Runners and spinners should have aheart monitor, working out out from home
will require a system (like bowflex) of at a minimum some resistance bands or dumbells and
cycling requires helments, glasses, and you can go nuts and have a ton of fun with
parts for your bike. Good equipment makes all the difference in havving fun while
reaching your fitness goals.
