Fitness and sex

Sex appeal

A healthy toned body is usually a real turn on for our partners. We tend to enjoy sex more too when we feel confident and happy about our bodies. That confidence translates into greater sex appeal and more enjoyable sex for all involved. A fit body naturally has more stamina and can perform longer and more vigorously then an out of shape and flabby one which also increases sex appeal.

Testosterone

For guys testerone is a huge part of our sex drive. Unfortunately working out makes demands on our testosterone (especially vigorous workouts) so we need to be careful about the impact of lifting on our sexual performance.
Our leg muscles produce larger amounts of testosterone than most other muscle groups so I tend to hit them pretty hard at the gym and I also use them in my cycling.
One of the other issues is that testosterone levels are higher in men in the early morning (hance the erections that greet us when we wake) so I try to alternate my early morning workouts every week to allow for some fun in the mornings. If you start to notice that you don't have the morning erections it could be a sign that you're over doing it in the gym. If you see this and can't back off in your workouts (if you're in a contest or an event) there are products to help increase drive like Natural Gain Plus or Virility EX.

Size matters

Guys, I've read that for every 35lbs of fat we lose we gain an inch where it counts. What better motive to lose weight and stay fit? I think that's why so many of us are trying for that zero percent body fat goal. There are some products that claim to increase size in men. One of the most popular (I'm sure you've seen their commercials) is Enzyte. I've never used it but if you're interested you can find out more about their product here: Enzyte(EnhancementOnline.com)
